3. Tender Process
We will organise an in-depth cost estimate based on your design.
4. Contracts
We will develop a contract that is free of confusing construction or legal jargon, clearly outlining your build.
5. Construction
We will coordinate a timeline from the start of your building journey through to the day we hand you the keys.
6. Handover
We will conduct a detailed inspection together and go through how everything in the house works, providing a handover pack with warranties, certificates and a contractor list that worked on your home.
